The receptionist that evening was very patient with me to figure out my card issues and she was so kind enough to offer me free parking that night She smiled alot and she was very cheerful. In the morning a different receptionist with same smiles and willingness to assist, she was a sight for sore eyes that morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and i will be back😁

Enjoyed my stay while visited my son in university. Very comfortable bed with super clean bathroom. A lot of clean towels provided with clean bed sheets. Convenient parking next to hotel. Excellent central location with many restaurants and grocery stores around, close to ByWard market. Will come back again when will be in Ottawa.

The customer service from Maryann is exceptional!!! surely she goes not just the extra mile but the 1000 miles. I witnessed how she helps every customer that comes in, completely impressed about her human being and the service that make you feel careful. That's exactly what you are looking for when you are far away from home. And Randy is the best alarm man that I ever meet. Guys you have the best crew that I ever meet, Thank you!

There are a supermarket, a convenience store, a big shopping center, many offices, an independent cinema, sightseeing spots, bus stops, O-train station, and many restaurants and bars nearby. On the parking side, it is very quiet. Receptionists are very friendly.
